Dim Sum Gourmet stands for authentic Chinese cuisine from two great traditions: the delicate, handmade dim sum of Cantonese tea house culture and the famous Peking duck from the north. Both under one roof, in the heart of Düsseldorf-Bilk.
Every dish is made entirely by hand, with high quality ingredients you can taste from the first bite. No compromises, no shortcuts.

Peking duck,

Slowly glazed for hours and roasted in an open oven until perfectly crisp, served with paper-thin pancakes, spring onion, cucumber and our house-made hoisin sauce. A ritual to share.
