2. General information about data processing

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

This website does not use any tracking tools, analytics software or advertising cookies. No user profiles are created and no data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Personal data is collected on this website only to the extent that is technically necessary (server log files) or that arises from direct contact initiated by you.

Where applicable, the legal bases for processing are: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Lovable Technologies Inc. (USA). When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores so-called server log files, including:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the requesting computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. For data transfers to the USA, the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR apply.

For further information, see https://lovable.dev/privacy.

4. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, content of your message) will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry.

This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply. As a rule, a retention period of 3 years after the end of the relevant business year applies.

5. Embedded YouTube videos

Our website embeds videos from the service YouTube (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). We use the extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). According to YouTube, this prevents cookies or tracking information from being stored about you as long as you do not actively play the video.

As soon as you start an embedded video, YouTube may collect information such as your IP address, technical data about your browser and device, and the date and time of access. If you are also logged into your Google account at the time, YouTube can directly associate your browsing behavior with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your Google account before playback.

The integration takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in an appealing presentation of our restaurant. A transfer of data to the USA is possible; the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR apply.

For more information, please see Google's privacy policy.

6. External fonts (Google Fonts)

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). When the page is loaded, a connection to Google servers is established and your IP address as well as information about your browser is transmitted.

The integration takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in a consistent and appealing presentation of the website. Google may transfer the data to the USA; the EU standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR apply.
